- Native either Lithuanian or Latvian, or Estonian. English – B2 level. Russian skill – welcome.
- Tertiary/higher or special education in medicine, biology, chemistry, environment – are in priority.
- Skill in sale management is preferable.

Sales Director, Lithuania
This is a senior role that will cover managing the day-to-day functioning of the Sales operations area in a dynamic medical lab environment.
Due to the dynamic growth of our regional distributer company in Baltic countries, we are currently seeking experienced candidates to undertake the role of Sales Director.
Responsibilities and tasks:
— Setting up the Sales department of the company;
— Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgeting and reporting;
— Formation of international management reporting;
— Supervise company’s operating sales activities;
— Implementing different projects on sales and operational control;
— Provide recommendations to strategically enhance sales and business opportunities
— min 5 years of experience at a similar post;
— outstanding management and sales skills;
— successful experience implementation of projects sales and marketing;
— analytical and sales mind;
— strategic thinking;
— systematic approach to issues;
— English – level advanced, upper intermediate, Russian — level intermediate;
— willingness to complex and unusual tasks;
— ability to work quickly and efficiently work with large volumes of information;
— initiative, sociability, sedulity, creativity.
